The Texas Blueberry Marketing Association strives to be a leader in farm to table food safety.   We strive to protect and to improve the health of consumers by assuring our blueberries are safe.  Each of our growers participate in a third party, quality food safety audit that includes a Farm Review, Field Harvest, House Packing, and Storage Facility.

TO SHOW OUR CONCERN FOR YOUR HEALTH

During May, 2010, our member farms successfully passed an initial audit under the voluntary Good Agricultural Practices & Good Handling Practices.  The audits were conducted by the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service from the Dallas, Texas office.   We are proud of our Association and proud of our accomplishments.  See an example of our certificate below our Member Farms.
